2. Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse any booking for any reason.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking via credit/debit card. All payments are non-refundable except as provided in our cancellation policy or required by law.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds for Cottages (>7 days) and Hotels/Resorts (>10 days) are processed within 2-3 business days. Cancellations inside these windows are non-refundable.

4. Accommodation Standards

We provide accommodation as described, but reserve the right to substitute with a similar standard/location in unforeseen circumstances. Guests must comply with all local provider rules.

Liability for Damage

You are strictly responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation or its contents during your stay.

5. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

6. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Pleasant-memories.com and its officers against any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, and patents on this website are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law.

Termination

We may terminate access to our website or services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of our local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Entire Agreement
