In the rare event that Pleasant-memories.com must cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (unavailability, natural disasters, etc.), you are entitled to a 100% refund or an alternative accommodation of a similar standard.

Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days from approval. Credits are issued to your original payment method.
Note that processing fees may be deducted from the final amount. The exact fee will be communicated during the cancellation process.
Changing dates or guest counts is subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments or additional charges.
In case of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, please reach out. We review these cases individually and may offer partial or full refunds at our sole discretion.
